Birkat Ram

Ram Lake - a large natural reservoir, located, as suggest in the crater of a disordered volcano.

The lake has a round shape, and is fed by underground springs and its precipitation, which support the level of water in it.

Lake Ram is quite big for Israel. Its length is 600 m, the depth of 6-10 meters. It is situated at an altitude of 940 meters of sea level, on the shores of a majestic panorama of Mount Hermon.

Around the lake grow apple, peach, pear and other gardens, and therefore particularly beautiful in spring.
