Ofaqim Park

KKL-JNF created Ofaqim Park as part of its efforts to upgrade quality of life for residents of outlying areas by providing green spots close to home.
Near the entrance to the park is a very special picnic area containing a stone and mosaic sculpture for climbing and playing, in the shape of a giant vulture.

Next to the sculpture are seating corners shaded by large trees.
The sculpture plays a double role:
it provides a play area for the children of Ofaqim and attracts town residents to a place where they can relax and enjoy the outdoors.
