The Marzipan Museum

The Marzipan Museum

The Marzipan Museum was founded in 1998.
The factory – where all the marzipan and almond products are made as well as a large selection of praline chocolates. Visitors` can see the factory through a large glass window separating the factory from the lecture room.

The lecture hall – here visitors learn all about the production of marzipan – from the almond trees in Kfar Tavor and up to the finished product – ready to eat! There is also a short humorous film and visitors are given marzipan and almond juice to taste.

The exhibition – a delightful display of sculptured marzipan. One can see anything – from a live size Elvis, politicians, to fruit & vegetables` fairy tales, animals and even egg & chips – all made of Marzipan.
