The Omer Industrial Park construction started in September 1993. In 1995 entrepreneurs started to move in, and today the park accommodates 31 companies, with total annual sales of $220 million. The site is an area of 90 dunams approx (22.5 acres) and includes 15,000m2 of modular structures for industry, and a service center of 2,000m2, all built to the highest standard.

Private collection of classic cars, belonging to industrialist Eitan Wertheimer, includes approximately 100 cars of various models from the beginning of the twentieth century up to today. It is a rare collection, the largest of its kind in Israel and one of the largest in the world, and it represents a world outlook, which seeks to demonstrate the development of industry in Israel and the world, both generally and, specifically, through the history of transport.
