Third Station Of The Cross

Third Station - Jesus falls the first time.

"...because the comforter that should relieve my soul is far from me."
(Lamentations 1:16)

At the Third Station of the Cross remained a small Polish Catholic Chapel so called because it was restored in 1948 by donation from Polish soldiers. The chapel`s embossment was made by the Polish Sculptor Tadeusz Adam Zielinski.

According to the tradition, at that place, Jesus fell for the first time under the weight of the cross.
