It has been 12 years since Ni Sang Swan arrived to Israel from Thailand, bringing with her the scent of jasmine and the famous Thai smile, until she has opened, together with her daughters, the culinary center - Tomoyo.
Ni, or "Shulinka" as she is best known among her friends, comes from the small Thai town of Koh-Samui, famous for being the Royal family`s official retreat. It is there, among the pots and pans in her family-owned restaurant, that she first became acquainted with the unique aromas and flavors of Thai cuisine which she tries to bring into Tomoyo.
Tomoyo offers a wide variety of delicious, traditional dishes - the very best of oriental cuisine. The restaurant is Kosher LeMehadrin, under the supervision of the Badatz and the Jerusalem Rabbinate.
